I’m Lisa White—a psychotherapist, consultant, and leadership development expert with more than two decades of experience supporting individuals, teams, and organizations through growth, challenge, and transformation. My work is grounded in emotional intelligence, psychological safety, and a deep commitment to helping leaders and teams move from disconnection to
alignment, from reactivity to resilience.
Having walked alongside nonprofits and mission-driven organizations during times of high turnover, leadership transition, and cultural change, I bring an approach that is both deeply relational and systemically informed. I draw from psychological practices and frameworks such as Appreciative Inquiry, which focuses on identifying and amplifying strengths, and Systemic Team Coaching, which addresses both teams functioning and the wider organizational ecosystem they operate within.
